Paid Beta

SharedRigs is currently in paid beta. Features may change, bugs may occur, and some workflows may be incomplete. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve beta data, but you should keep your own copies of important documents, agreements, receipts, and records.

SharedRigs does not move money, provide legal advice, or replace a signed co-ownership agreement prepared or reviewed by a lawyer.

Subscription and billing

SharedRigs is a paid subscription service. Payments are processed by Stripe. The billing entity may appear on your statement as Willowbark Consulting LLC.

Monthly plan: Your first month is free. After the trial, the subscription continues at $19/month per shared RV group unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Annual plan: $149/year per shared RV group, billed once per year.

30-day refund on annual plans: If you purchased an annual plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first annual payment by contacting support. Monthly plan charges are not refundable.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal (accessible from your group dashboard) or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. After cancellation, your group data remains accessible in read-only mode; you will not be able to add new records, invite members, or make changes.

Failed payments and past-due accounts: If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you by email. After a short grace period, a past-due account may be moved to read-only access until the balance is resolved.

Read-only access and data retention: Group records remain viewable in read-only mode following cancellation or payment failure, according to the app's current data retention policy. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data.

Pricing changes: SharedRigs is in founding beta. Your selected plan pricing applies as long as you remain subscribed under that plan. If pricing changes in the future, existing subscribers will receive advance notice before any change takes effect.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use SharedRigs.

What SharedRigs is

SharedRigs is a recordkeeping and coordination tool for private co-ownership groups. It helps co-owners track bookings, expenses, inspections, maintenance, and shared records for an RV or other vehicle they own together.

No legal advice

SharedRigs does not provide legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and does not generate a legally binding agreement. Users should consult a qualified lawyer before relying on co-ownership terms, buyout terms, liability language, or dispute processes.

Not a party to your group

SharedRigs is not a party to any co-ownership arrangement, purchase agreement, operating rule, booking decision, expense split, maintenance decision, or dispute among group members.

Group admin responsibility

Group admins are responsible for managing group membership, permissions, ownership information, rules, approvals, and records. SharedRigs does not verify that a group admin has legal authority to act for the group.

No money movement

SharedRigs does not collect, hold, transfer, escrow, verify, disburse, or process funds. Owner statements, contributions, reserve estimates, and expense records are based only on information entered by users.

User-entered data

Reports and reminders are only as accurate as the information entered by group members. Groups are responsible for reviewing records, confirming payments, verifying document dates, and resolving disagreements.

Maintenance and safety

SharedRigs helps document maintenance, inspections, and damage reports. It is not a substitute for professional inspection, repair, maintenance, or safe operation of the RV. Groups remain responsible for determining whether the RV is safe and legal to use.

Insurance, registration, and compliance

SharedRigs does not verify insurance coverage, registration status, roadside assistance eligibility, warranty coverage, lien status, inspections, or legal compliance.

Uploaded documents

Users should avoid uploading unnecessary highly sensitive personal information, including Social Security numbers, driver's license images, bank account numbers, medical information, or similar data.

Disclaimer of warranties

SharedRigs is provided "as is" and "as available." SharedRigs does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharedRigs is not responsible for disputes among group members, missed payments, missed renewals, booking conflicts, maintenance failures, vehicle damage, accidents, fines, penalties, insurance coverage disputes, legal consequences arising from group decisions, or user-entered information.
