Create your private ownership group
Add the people who co-own the RV and record each owner's share. Every group is private — visible only to its members.
Add the RV and operating rules
Store RV details, usage rules, pet policies, cleaning expectations, damage rules, and exit notes. Everyone in the group can see the rules before booking.
Schedule trips fairly
Request, approve, and track bookings so everyone can see usage against ownership share. Overlapping bookings are blocked automatically.
Track shared expenses
Record insurance, storage, maintenance, repairs, supplies, and registration costs. Split them by ownership percentage or equally, and track who has paid.
Check out and check in with photos
Capture before-and-after trip photos so the group has a clear record of RV condition. Pre-existing damage is documented and easy to reference.
